Menu information
Calorie & allergen disclaimer.
Everything on our menu is cooked by hand, to order. Here's what that means for nutrition figures, allergens, and the prices you see online.
We don't publish calorie counts
Our dishes are made by hand in a single kitchen. Portions are judged by eye, toppings and sides get swapped on request, and recipes change with what's fresh and available. Any calorie figure we printed would be wrong for a good share of the plates we send out, so we'd rather not print one at all.
Federal menu-labeling rules require calorie counts from restaurant chains with 20 or more locations. We're a family-run business, so those rules don't apply to us.
The 2,000 calorie statement
2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice, but calorie needs vary from person to person. If you're tracking intake closely, treat any estimate for our food — including estimates shown by third-party delivery apps — as a rough guide rather than a measurement.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and shellfish, often on shared surfaces and in shared fryers and ovens. We can't guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen, and we can't promise a dish is free of cross-contact.
Please tell us about any allergy before you order — in person or over the phone, not only in an app's notes field. We'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do safely, and we'd rather talk you out of a dish than take a risk with it.
Ingredients change
Suppliers, brands and seasonal produce change through the year, and we'll sometimes adjust a recipe. Item descriptions on this site are a good-faith summary of what normally goes into a dish, not a guaranteed ingredient list. If something matters to you — a specific oil, a cheese, a cut of meat — ask us and we'll check what's in the kitchen that day.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are for pickup and in-store orders, and they can change without notice. Where an item shows a price with a "+", that's the starting price and the total depends on the size and options you pick. Third-party delivery apps set their own menu prices, service fees and delivery fees, which are usually higher than ordering with us directly.
