Who we are

This site is run by Melilli's Restaurant Group, a family-owned restaurant business in Connecticut. You can reach us by email at Melilispizzeria@gmail.com.

What we collect

We don't run user accounts, order forms or newsletter sign-ups on this website, so there's no place here for you to hand us your name, address or payment details. What exists is:

• One cookie, for your location. When you pick Portland or Middletown we store your choice in a cookie called selectedLocation so the site shows the right menu next time. It holds nothing but the location name, lasts a year, and you can clear it in your browser at any time. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
• Standard web server logs. Like any website, our host records requests — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
• No analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking code on this site.

Finding your closest location

The "find the closest location to me" button asks your browser for your position. Your browser will ask your permission first, the comparison happens on your own device, and the result is never sent to us or stored anywhere. Say no and nothing else changes — you can still pick a location by hand.

Other companies' services

Some parts of the site load from, or link out to, other companies. When that happens, your browser talks to them directly and their own privacy policies apply:

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site.
• Google Maps opens when you tap an address or "get directions".
• Online ordering partners — such as Slice, Toast, DoorDash, Grubhub and Seamless — handle every online order. We never see your payment details; those platforms collect what they need to take and deliver the order.
• Facebook opens when you follow the link to our page.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade information about visitors to this site, and we don't build advertising profiles. We don't knowingly collect anything from children.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, refuse the location permission, and use the site without either. If you'd like to know what we hold about you — or you contacted us by email or phone and want that correspondence deleted — email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we add anything to the site that changes this — online ordering of our own, a mailing list, analytics — we'll update this page and change the date below.
