Using this site

This website is published by Melilli's Restaurant Group for information about our locations, menus, bakery and catering. By using it you agree to these terms. Please don't misuse it — no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and no scraping it to republish our content as your own.

Menus, prices and availability

We keep the menu on this site as current as we can, but it isn't a contract. Prices, items, sizes and hours can change without notice, and an item can sell out or come off the menu on any given day. Where a price shows a "+", it's the starting price and the total depends on the size and options chosen. Prices shown here are for pickup and in-store orders; delivery apps set their own prices and fees. The price quoted when you order is the one that counts.

Food descriptions, allergens and nutrition

Item descriptions are a good-faith summary of what normally goes into a dish, not a guaranteed ingredient list, and we don't publish calorie counts. Our kitchen handles common allergens on shared equipment, so no dish can be guaranteed allergen-free. Tell us about any allergy before you order. Our calorie & allergen disclaimer has the details.

Ordering through other companies

Online orders are placed and paid for on third-party platforms such as Slice, Toast, DoorDash, Grubhub and Seamless. Those orders are governed by that platform's own terms, and their menus, prices, fees, delivery times and refund rules are set by them, not by us. For anything about a delivery order — a missing item, a refund, a driver — the fastest fix is usually the platform you ordered through, but you're always welcome to call the restaurant.

Our content

The Melilli's name, logo, photography and the text on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share links, screenshots and recommendations — please don't copy the content wholesale for commercial use without asking first.

Links to other sites

We link out to ordering partners, maps and social media for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

No warranty, and limits

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be up to date or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from relying on information published here — including menu or price information that has since changed. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
